About Alyssa Ramage
I have known I wanted to work with children ever since I can remember. I have actually never had a job where I wasn't helping children in some way. For many years, I pictured myself as a clinical psychologist, it wasn't until my junior year of college that I came across the school psychology profession. I began working for a local school district and became familiar with the role of the school psychologist and the need for them in our schools. My background in psychology, as well as my experience in teaching and working with students in both the general and special education populations made me feel like school psychology was a perfect fit for me.
As a mother of two and a school psychologist, I am responsible for helping children feel safe, cared for and important
on a daily basis. It's what I've always
wanted to do!

When I am not working, spending time at home with my family, running, helping out in our almond orchard and drinking lots of coffee bring me joy!
